About Marcus

Marcus enjoyed a long career as a semi-professional salsa dancer, so always had fitness and mobility as a staple in his life. However, a snowboarding accident at the age of 27 left him with an injury that was aggravated by certain dance routines. This led him to his introduction to Chiropractic therapy. He was amazed that his chiropractor was able to help his discomfort and stabilise the problem without the need for medication. This gentle and effective treatment felt like magic to him even though he knew there was strong scientific basis for the results.

By his mid-30’s Marcus was looking for a career change, and he identified Chiropractic as his goal. So, in 2012 he began a 9-year journey to become a Doctor of Chiropractic, with the ambition to help as many people as possible. Throughout his studies he learned the practical skills alongside the ethical and evidence-based benefits of Chiropractic. Even with a firm professional understanding of how the body works, Marcus still feels that chiropractic is no less magical.

Dr Marcus graduated with first class honours in the Integrated Master of Chiropractic programme at the AECC University College, Bournemouth in 2021. He is also a member of the Royal Collage of Chiropractors. Marcus believes in a patient-centred approach, where working together can bring the greatest benefits to his patients. He is a caring, friendly, and professional clinician, who will prioritise your health and wellbeing first.

Over the last five years it has been Marcus’ privilege to help thousands of patients. As people get their lives back to a new happier normal some patients will give him a hug, shake his hand and/or write a super google review. All are very welcome! He does, however, always reminds them, “it’s not me, its Chiropractic and your body doing the healing!”
